I haven't been back here in forever. 731 Deviations, 566 Messages. Sorry I can't look at them all, but I'll endeavour to look at as many as I can. The reason I've been so absent is not so much that I can't be bothered with dA anymore as it is that there's far too many distractions in my life such as Xbox 360, LAN parties, music, alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, going to the city to buy vinyl records and coming back broke, staying up all night and sleeping all day and that sort of thing. dA is something that I come back to every so often to share my latest creation - and it's not often that I have the time or motivation to sit down and think for ages so that I can begin to write, or draw, or pixellate something that I feel worthy of showing to the world, but it is something that I'd like to do more often. There's an incredible sense of accomplishment and relief when I can actually finish an artwork that I deem acceptable to post here. Accomplishment because I feel it's a finished, polished piece that people can look at, read and appreciate or hate; whether or not they like it or can relate to it is unimportant - it's only important that they take time to read it and think. And relief because I put a lot of myself into my work when I create, because that gives the work meaning to me. I try to feel the emotions in the piece and sometimes that ends up taxing on me but that is the reason that it's easier for me to write than draw, because I find it harder to put meaning into a drawing, and if there's no meaning in it then what's the point of it? To look pretty isn't a bad goal, but it's not one that I find good enough to spend time on. This also means though, that I can't write for the sake of writing; instead I have to feel like it, and that's why I don't post 'deviations' here as often as other people might.

And there it is, the reason I don't come here often. Because I often don't have anything to say or post, and because it's always the same. But I'll try to write more often. I hope this journal didn't come off as trite or arrogant. See you around.

Wowsers, new dA layout fucking sucks. o. o Can't find shit anymore. How the FUCK do I add a new journal? A tiny little uninviting button on the right side of my page. Why can't I just have a toolbar at the top of the page that says 'ADD A FUCKING JOURNAL BITCH'. THAT would make me want to submit something.

New picture fo' y'all over in my barely existant gallery with a matching title. And whats up with some of my submissions being moved or disappearing? Can anyone tell me where the fuck they are?

Onto my wonderful life that you all wanna read about

TAFE is fucking boring. Its all shit I've done before, and the stuff I didn't get taught before is like common sense. Not much different to school in that respect. At least you don't have to put up with rules, tyranny and christian supremacist dictatorships. (Chairman Rudolph's tanks rolled triumphantly into SPLC)
But, TAFE is also fucking constant. Three days in a row, ~8.00 - ~4.00 of boring shit. I live for the breaks. Caffeine is starting to not work. FUCK YOU, IMMUNE SYSTEM and FUCK YOU, LIVER. Those traits have gotta go fuck themselves. I mean sure I love the immune system for the virus protection (roll on sygate human-adapted firewall pro) but why oh why does it have to immunise me to caffeine That just means I have to drink more, get more immune, drink more.. The immune system is a vicious cycle. My immune system is broken, may I please buy another?

I recently discovered "vent - the get it off your chest portal" and I am loving that shit. See the link below this blog for one of the most kickass sites that I have ever discovered. Nothing beats being able to tell your boss, boyfriend, brother, classmate, daughter, ex-boyfriend, ex-girlfriend, ex-husband, ex-wife, father, flatmate/roommate, friend, girlfriend, husband, mother, parents, sister, son, student, teacher, wife, work colleague or even yourself, that they're fucking selfish, hypocritical cunts. Think about that. You can tell your daughter or son that they were an accident, but they will never know.

I sure as fucking hell needed that site just now.
